結 論
酸腐蝕處理된 琺脚質表面의 唾液汚染이 레진接合力에 미치는 影響을 알기 爲하여 乳前齒
와 乳犬齒 92個를 對象으로 一定하게 露出된 琺脚 質表面에 酸腐蝕處理後 唾液汚染時間을
달리하여 84懼 齒牙에서는 레진剪斷强度를 測定하였고 나머지 8個 齒牙에서는 走査電子顯微
鏡으로 觀察하여 다음과 같은 結果를 얻었다.
1. 酸腐蝕處理된 贈脚質表面이 1秒 以上 唾液에 汚染되면 레진接合力은 有意性있게 減少
하였다.
2. 酸奫蝕處理된 琺瑯質表面이 1秒 以上 唾液에 汚染되면 물로써 强力하게 洗滌한 實驗群
과 洗滌하지 않은 實驗群의 레진接合力은 有意差가 없었다.
3. 30秒, 5秒, 1秒의 唾液汚染時間에 따른 레진接合力은 有意差가 없었다.
4. 唾液에 汚染된 樣相은 走査電字顯 鏡上에 異物質의 被覆으로 觀察되었다.
#초록#
The purpose of this in vitro study was to determine the effect of differing salivary
contramination periods on the bond strength when the acid-etch technique was used in
pedodontic treatment .
The shear strength of composite resin from saliva- contaminated etched enamel of
primary tooth was tested and surface topography was examined with an SEM.
The results were as follows :
1. When etched enamel surface was contaminated with saliva for 1 second or longer,
the bond strength of resin was significantly reduced.
2. When etched enamel surface was contaminated with saliva for 1 second or longer,
there was no significant difference in the bond strength between the group which
was vigorously washed for 30 seconds with an air/water spray and the group
which was not washed.
3. There was no significant difference in the bond strength according to different
periods of saliva contamination.
4. When etched enamel surface was contaminated with saliva for 1 second or longer,
adherent surface coating was observed in SEM.
